A postcard perfect white sand swimming beach is just around the corner and may be accessed from the property via a private gate and a short stroll along an ocean front walking promenade.

The 10,000 square foot, centrally air-conditioned estate home has two heated swimming pools and spas, seven bedroom suites, each with private bath, a grand ocean view formal dining room for twelve, media room with HDTV and CD/DVD, office room with high speed wireless service, gym, sauna, steam room, tropical fish aquarium, multiple fireplaces, multiple bars for entertaining, and professional chef's kitchen.

Two bedrooms are elaborate luxurious ocean front master suites with fireplaces and sprawling marble bathrooms with oversized spa whirlpool bath tubs, ocean and pool view patios, writing desks, bar fridges, and entertainment systems.

An enchanting garden courtyard is lushly decorated with brilliant blooming foliage, tumbling waterfalls, lounging furniture, and a romantic patio fireplace, reminiscent of a Tuscan villa. Within the courtyard guests may enjoying sunning, a soak in the hidden garden spa hot tub, a swim in the heated lagoon pool, or their favorite television show at the outdoor bar with complete personal privacy.

As you enter the "King of the Sea Estate at Kohala" through tropical theme etched-glass double doors, the grandeur of this palatial villa is truly impressive.
