The Wailea Sunset Estate is a brand new 3 bedroom 4.5 bath or 4 bedroom 5.5 bath luxurious estate home situated nearby two of South Maui's finest sandy swimming beaches and immediately adjacent to Wailea Resort.

You may add an optional oversized studio bedroom for up to 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Also, you may further add the adjacent Wailea Sunset Bungalow and enjoy as many as 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

Guests have exclusive use of their own hot tub and pool situated under the stars.

The Wailea Sunset Estate is an exquisite 4,000 square foot villa with a priceless and stunning panoramic ocean front setting. A sprawling manicured grass lawn slopes down to the water's edge where a pebbly cove invites you to snorkel, swim, boogie board, kayak, and scuba dive - right from your home! Waves lap gently along the shoreline and may be heard day and night. Kick back and view the crystal clear ocean from the dramatic elevated upstairs decks.

For guests who wish to say connected during their holiday there is a wireless high speed network which may reach as far as the water's edge. Several rooms have convenient hard-wired road runner ethernet jacks.

There are two XBox game systems provided in the main living area and another in the twin bedroom. We never knew auto racing could be so fun - it's not just for youngsters!

A private chef is available for hire to grocery shop, or to prepare and serve up to 3 meals per day. You may wish to consider the luxury of having a chef-prepared gourmet dinner served in-villa and al-fresco on your arrival evening! Ready to grill-yourself complete meals can be delivered, or fully cooked ready-to-eat dining including salads and snacks are additional options.
